My Hubby's Birthday Card

Good morning everyone!! Did you notice, I have a new Scraproom companion, Mr. Cricut has come to stay with me and asked to be my model!!! So Excited, now I will have someone to listen to my ramblings and not give me any grief about it, he's sooo cute!!

So here he is displaying hubby's birthday card and loving it!! For the card I used Simply charmed for the fishing pole, the fishing vest came from Everyday Paper Dolls and the boots and the fishing net came from Camp Out, which I have had for a very long time and have never used. On the inside I used A Childs Year. I added twine to the fishing pole and the boots, made a hook from craft wire and used magic mesh for the net, lots of textures going on. Also I actually burned the edges of the gingham paper to give it that rustic look. Finished it off with a stamp from Papertrey Ink "Birthday Fishes" add a cute little black bow. On the inside I added another strip of the gingham paper attached my cut and stamped it with the Happy Birthday stamp from Stampin up!! And I will give this to my honey on Saturday!!
Will be enetering this card into the
Really Reasonable Ribbon Challenge #20 -- One for the Boys
Die Cuttin Divas #6 -- Unused and Unloved
The Cuttlebug Spot -- All tied up Twine Challenge
As always hope everyone is having a fabulous day, hop over to the challenges and join in on the fun, ta ta for now!!
