My Love Bug!!

I created me a Love Bug with my Gypsy!! I used the Designer's Calendar to make them, I welded 4 hearts together, and I used the letter c for the legs and the letter s for the antenna's. The hat is cut from Everday Paper Dolls. After making the bug I done the same process in the shadow mode to get a shadow for each. I used some old felt paper for the bugs so they are soft to the touch, was worried about stamping on them but the PKS done a fabulous job!! I used brown cardstock for the card added a layer of green and a layer of yellow striped! Embellished her with pearls and a bow and added stickles to his top hat and Wala they are my bugs! Had a blast creating these and will be entering them into the Love Bug challenge over at Creative Cutter Room and the Wacky Wednesday Challenge #23 at More Than Favors! Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend!!

PKS Sketch Challenge #44 With a Twist

Made this card for the Peachy Keen challenge, you had to follow the sketch and the twist was to use a monochromatic color scheme. This was truly a challenge for me. I have a difficult time picking my paper anyway.

For the card I used Core'Dinations for the glitter background I used the MME Out and About stack. Made a fan, added a flower and ribbon and the sentiment is PK-859 and the flower stamp is Stampin Up Silhouette Sentiments. It really looks pretty good, I am having trouble taking my pictures and getting the true colors to show up in the photo. If anybody has any tips on how to get good pictures of my projects please let me know, the color in the photos never seem right. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for stopping by!!

My Card for Throwback Thursday and PKS LFIF!!

Here is my card for the Peachy Keen Stamp LFIF challenge and Throwback Thursday over at My Creative Time.

For PKS challenge we had to use X's and O's somewhere on the card and for Throwback Thursday we had to use Everyday Paper Dolls and some type of embossing. I added a link you can join in too!!

I used Core'Dinations paper and of course the little farmer was cut with Everyday Paper Dolls and the hearts and flower stems was from Walk in My Garden cart. I heat embossed the x's and o'x on the hearts and dry embossed the grass with the Bird call die and my Cuttlebug. The face on the farmer was done with Peachy Keen Stamps PK-570. The sentiment was done with my computer and a transparency sheet, I learned how to make my own rub on!! Thanks for looking, hope you have a fantabulous day!!

Superbowl Invitation

Ok with the Superbowl being right around the corner, I thought this would be the perfect time to do an invitation. I also got to use my new cart (Wrap it Up) that I won from the very talented Norma at Pink Bling Crafter . I added an Action Wobble to the football on the left, which gives it some really cute movement! The paper is Core'Dinations WhiteWash collection and the face stamps are PK #570.I will be entering this in the Peachy Keen Sketch Challenge #43. and the S&S Sketch Challenge #52. To be honest not quite sure I'm satisfied with it. The lighting in the picture is not the best, its actually brighter than the picture. Oh well this is my Superbowl party invitation, hoping everyone has a fantabulous day!!
